2) Multifocal traction bronchiectasis and bronchiolectasia in both peripher
al lungs:
3) Multiple calcified and noncalcified nodules and some peribronchial small
consolidation in both lungs:
--> R/O Mycobacterial infection such as NTM disease > pulmonary tuberculosis.
R/O Underlying lung cancer in LUL (#3/43), less likely.
2. No significantly enlarged lymph node in mediastinum and both hila.
3. No detectable pericardial or pleural effusion.
