Brain MRI:
- s/o focal ICH at Rt PVWM: CT상에서 high density로 보이던 lesion이며 T2 low
SI을 포함하는 lesion이며 DWI에서 inner dark and bright signal intensity rim의 형태로
관찰됨
- Multiple high signal foci and regions were seen at T2WI & FLAIR sequences a
t both cerebral white matter
- Degenerative atrophic change of both hemisphere
Brain MRA:
r/o aneurysmal dilatation of Rt ICA, cavernous part
Imp) s/o Focal ICH at Rt PVWM
- r/o early to subacute ICH
Leukoaraiosis in both cerebral white matter
Degenerative atrophic change of both hemisphere
